Infused Tulsi Lassi

Ingredients:

2/3 cup yogurt or kefir 

splash of water

2 tsp tulsi lemon balm hemp honey

1 tsp freshly grated ginger

dash of nutmeg

sea salt

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except salt in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour in a glass and top with a pinch of sea salt.
