Spiced Ghee Tea

3/4 cup cup water

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp rooibos tea

2 cardamom pods

1 clove

1/2 cinnamon stick

fresh grated ginger

1/2 tsp coriander seeds

1/4 tsp black peppercorns

1-3 tsp saffron ghee

collagen peptides

CBD Oil *optional

 

Bring the water to a boil and steep herbs (everything except that ghee, collagen, and milk) for about 10 minutes.

Add in milk and warm. 

Pour over collagen, ghee and optional CBD oil - blend until frothy, top with sea salt and enjoy!
